Hace unos años, en Sevilla, fuimos a comer a Los Cuevas . Nos sentamos, pedimos la bebidas y comentamos que queríamos probar platos típicos. Al poco rato comenzó un gran desfile de fuentes, mostrando una gran variedad de productos. Es uno de esos menús estrechos y largos. Después de una copiosa degustación de al menos 22 platos nos ofrecieron probar el chupito de la casa. Yo no pude negarme.
